| Abstract | [Key Points] 「●心不全ステージ分類」心不全の病期の進行度を示すものであり, 心不全ステージに応じた適切な治療を行うことが推奨されている. 「●NYHA心機能分類」症候性心不全患者において重症度を分類し, 心不全の状態や進展度の経時的変化を把握するのに役立つ. 「●Nohria-Stevenson分類」心不全増悪患者において身体所見から病態を推測することが可能であり, 薬剤選択への手助けとなる. |
