| Abstract | [Key Points] 「●ハミルトンうつ病評価尺度 (HAMD) 」観察者による面接で重症度評価を行う. 診断を目的とするのではなく, うつ病と診断された患者の重症度を身体症状も含めて定量的に評価し, 経過観察に用いられる評価尺度. 評価項目が17項目のHAMD17, 21項目のHAMD21が汎用され, 3段階評価と5段階評価の項目がある. 「●モンゴメリ・アスベルグうつ病評価尺度 (MADRS) 」HAMDと同様, うつ病の重症度の変化を測定するための評価尺度. 10の評価項目で構成され, 7段階で評価される. 「●自己記入式うつ病評価尺度」面接者を要さず, 質問用紙に患者自身が記入した回答から評価を行う評価尺度. 患者自身の主観により回答が大きく左右される可能性があるが, 簡便に行うことが可能で, 外来の待ち時間などにも実施可能である. |
