| Abstract | [Key Points] 「●3-minute diagnostic assessment for CAM-defined delirium (3D-CAM) 」短時間でせん妄を診断するために3分間診断錯乱評価表として開発されたツールである. 一般病棟における高齢者や術後患者などに対して幅広く使用することができる. 「●Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU) 」CAM-ICU は集中治療室で治療されている患者を対象としたスクリーニングツールである. ICUで汎用される鎮静・不穏評価スケールのRichmond Agitation Scale (RASS) と組み合わせて使用される. 測定時点におけるせん妄の有無の評価が可能である. CAM-ICUを実施するには患者の協力が必要となる. 3D-CAMが注意力欠如に関連する応答に発語または記述を要するのに対し, CAM-ICUでは意識レベルの評価にRASSが必要になる. 「●Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist (ICDSC) 」CAM-ICUと同様に, ICU患者を対象としたスクリーニングツールである. CAM-ICUが測定時点でのせん妄の有無を評価するのに対して, ICDSCは8〜24時間の状態に基づいて評価を行う. 患者の協力は必要とせず, 客観的指標や行動から評価する. 「●Delirium Rating Scale, Revised-98 (DRS-R-98) 」せん妄でよく認められる症状を網羅的に評価する方法として開発された評価尺度および診断ツールである. 重症度を評価するために開発された評価尺度だが, 診断に用いることも可能である. |
