| Abstract | 「Key Points」●悪心・嘔吐は, 病態によるもの, 抗がん薬やオピオイドなどの薬物治療によるもの, 消化管運動の異常・低下・亢進によるもの, 中枢神経・心理的ストレスによるもの, などさまざまな原因により発生しうる. ●長期にわたる悪心・嘔吐は, 栄養状態の悪化, 脱水, 体重減少, がん悪液質, そして心理的苦痛につながる. ●悪心・嘔吐に対する薬物療法は, 病態から想像してどの受容体が最も催吐作用に関与しているかを考え, 制吐薬を選択する. ●悪心・嘔吐は, 患者のQOL(生活の質)を著しく低下させる重要な症状であるため, 薬物療法以外の対応・対策やケアが必要である. |
