| Abstract | [Key Points] ●鎮静薬に第一選択薬はないため, 状況に応じて使い分ける. ●一般的な人工呼吸器管理では, ミダゾラムよりプロポフォールやデクスメデトミジンが優先される. ●浅鎮静が必要な場合の選択肢はデクスメデトミジンとなる. ●深鎮静の代替薬としては, ケタミンやバルビツール酸系薬剤が挙げられる. |
