| Abstract | [Points] ●向精神薬は, 特に高齢者において転倒やせん妄の重大なリスク因子である. ●不眠に対してベンゾジアゼピン受容体作動薬を処方されている高齢者には, 転倒やせん妄の発症に注意が必要である. ●周術期におけるせん妄ハイリスク患者の不眠に対しては, ベンゾジアゼピン受容体作動薬の使用はできるだけ避け, 代替薬を検討する. ●高齢者へのベンゾジアゼピン受容体作動薬の処方について, 日常診療の時点から慎重に検討することが, 周術期の円滑な管理にもつながる. |
