| Abstract | 「網膜中心動脈閉塞症 (CRAO) の主訴, 症状」網膜中心動脈閉塞症 (central retinal artery occlusion ; CRAO) は, 血栓や塞栓により網膜中心動脈が閉塞する疾患で, 突然の無痛性の高度な片眼性視力障害となる. 「急に真っ暗になった」という自覚症状が多く, しばしば手動弁, 光覚弁にまで視力は低下する. このため, 瞳孔散大や相対的瞳孔求心路障害がみられる. 稀ではあるが, 眼動脈が網膜中心動脈となる前に分岐した毛様網膜動脈によって黄斑部が栄養されている症例では視力が保たれることがある. しかし, 基本的には早期治療が有効でない限り, 症状の改善は乏しく高度の視力障害を残す. |
