| Abstract | ●腰椎病変で最も頻度が高いのがL5神経根障害である. ●障害神経根の同定には, 痺れや疼痛の範囲, 支配筋の筋力低下が参考となる. ●腰椎疾患の診療に際し, 症状が類似する腰椎周辺疾患や下肢絞扼性末梢神経障害も念頭に置く必要がある. |
