| Abstract | 「はじめに」頚部内頚動脈狭窄症に対するステント留置術(carotid artery stenting:CAS)は, 同側脳梗塞の発症, 再発を防ぐ, あくまでも予防的な処置であり, その合併症率が低いことではじめて治療が正当化される. さらに抗血小板薬のみならず, 動脈硬化リスク因子の厳格な管理により, 内科的治療の成績も飛躍的に向上している昨今, CASの周術期合併症の発生を極力低下させる努力は常に怠ってはならない. 本稿ではそれらCASの周術期合併症を防ぐstrategyに焦点をあてて概説し, また, 頭蓋内血管狭窄病変に対する血管内治療の現状についても述べる. 「I. 頚動脈ステント留置術」「A. ステント」今日現在, 本邦で使用可能な頚動脈ステントには, PRECISE(Cordis, カネカメディクス), Protege(Medtronic), Carotid WALLSTENT(ボストン・サイエンティフィック), CASPER(テルモ)がある. |
