| Abstract | 「はじめに : 新しいレミマゾラムってどんな薬?」「レミマゾラムは超短時間作用型静脈麻酔薬!」レミマゾラムベシル酸塩(以下, レミマゾラム)は, 超短時間作用型のベンゾジアゼピン系の鎮静薬であり, 有望な次世代の全身麻酔時の静脈麻酔薬として注目されています. 世界に先駆けて, 日本で2020年1月に, 全身麻酔の導入および維持を効能・効果として, 製造販売が承認されました. 薬物動態の特徴としては, ペンゾジアゼピン環にエステル結合の側鎖を持ち, 主に肝臓の組織エステラーゼによって速やかに代謝されます. また, 代謝に肝薬物代謝酵素(CYP: Cytochrome pigment 450; シトクロムP450の別名)が関与しておらず, 代謝物にほぼ活性がないことも大きな特徴といえます. 製剤は, レミマゾラム50mgの粉末を1バイアルとして, 発売予定です. したがって, 薬剤の希釈濃度や溶かし忘れには, 注意が必要です. |
