| Abstract | 経鼻高流量酸素療法(high flow nasal cannula; HFNC)は, 最大60L/minの加温加湿された混合酸素を供給できる酸素療法です. 快適性を保ちながら, 正確に高濃度の酸素を供給することができ, 解剖学的死腔のウォッシュアウト効果, 粘膜線毛クリアランスの改善, 軽度のPEEP効果, 呼吸仕事量の軽減などさまざまな生理学的効果を持っています. 忍容性の高さや管理の簡便さから医療現場での使用頻度は高まっていますが, 現在はまだエビデンスを集積している段階にあります. |
