| Abstract | 「COVID-19に対するハイフローセラピーの国内外での推奨度」ハイフローセラピー(HFNC)は非侵襲的かつ簡便でICU外でも使用できるため, COVID-19においても利便性が高いと考えられます. しかし, 高流量ガスが上気道内を通過して外部へ流出するオープンシステムであり, エアゾルを発生・飛散させ院内感染をきたすのではないかという懸念があることから, ECMOnetの「COVID-19関連重症者の人工呼吸管理」や, 日本呼吸療法医学会の「新型コロナウイルス肺炎患者に使用する人工呼吸器等の取り扱いについて」では原則使用しないとされました. |
