| Abstract | 「はじめに」脛骨プラトー骨折は, 脛骨近位の関節面に生じた骨折である. 受傷時の外力の程度によって低エネルギー外傷と高エネルギー外傷によって生じる骨折がある. 最も多い外側プラトー骨折は, 本骨折の55〜70%を占め, 多くは低エネルギー外傷によって生じる. 一方で内側プラトー骨折(10〜23%), 両顆(Bicondylar Plateau, 10〜30%)骨折は多くの場合, 高エネルギー外傷によって生じており, 大きく治療戦略が異なってくることを十分に理解する必要がある. 関節内骨折の治療においては, 関節面の解剖学的整復と強固な内固定による早期の関節運動を可能にすることが機能回復に重要な役割をもつ. さまざまなタイプの脛骨プラトー骨折の基礎から応用までそれぞれの骨折のパターンに応じた治療戦略を理解し, すべての骨折に対応できることが不可欠である. |
