| Abstract | 「はじめに」中足骨骨折は毎年10万人あたり67人に発生する一般的な骨折で, そのうち30%が第5中足骨基部に生じる. 第5中足骨基部骨折で現在最もよく使われている分類は, 1993年にLawrence and Botteが発表したもので, 3つの骨折のタイプに分類されている. 近年, Zone 2とZone 3に生じる骨折を合わせて広義のJones骨折として, 保存的治療よりも手術療法が推奨され, 特に髄内スクリュー固定術での良好な成績が報告されている. しかしZone 1に関しては治療方針に一定の見解が得られていない. 今回はそのZone 1である結節部裂離骨折を中心に述べる. 「受傷機転, 症状」受傷機転は足関節の回外捻挫で生じることが多い. その昔, 下駄を履いて挫いたとき発生しやすかったため "下駄履き骨折", または "下駄骨折" ともいわれている. |
