| Abstract | 「はじめに」AO/OTA分類44の腓骨遠位部の骨折は足関節機能や治療成績に大きく関与するのは周知の事実であり数多くの論文がある. AO/OTA分類43の脛骨遠位部骨折に随伴する腓骨骨折に対する論文もいつくかあり, 腓骨固定を推奨する論文, 固定しないほうがよいとする論文などさまざまである. しかし, 本稿の命題でもあるAO/OTA分類42の脛骨骨幹部骨折に随伴する腓骨骨折に対する報告はほとんどない. 脛骨骨幹部遠位1/3骨折でNonunionの観点から同レベルでの両骨骨折であれば固定を勧める論文が有名だが, Nonunionとなった症例数が少なく信頼度が低い. また, Malunionの観点から腓骨固定を推奨するsystematic reviewおよびmeta-analysisがあるが, AO/OTA分類43の骨折が多く含まれている. |
