| Abstract | 「本テーマで押さえておくべきポイント」●妊娠中の母親にサイトメガロウイルス (cytomegalovirus ; CMV) 感染あるいは先天性サイトメガロウイルス (congenital cytomegalovirus ; cCMV) 感染を示唆する所見が認められた場合は, 生後3週間以内に出生児の尿核酸検査を行う. ●児がcCMV感染と診断した場合には, 症候性かどうかを判断するため, 血液検査, 頭部画像検査 (MRI, エコー検査), 聴力検査, 眼底検査を行う. ●聴覚障害や中枢神経障害を認めた場合は, 長期予後の改善を目的としてバルガンシクロビル内服治療を行うことが推奨される. 「さくっと解説!」「(1) ガイドラインの作成過程 (経緯) 」「1. cCMV感染症研究の広がり」cCMV感染症は, 長く教科書にも記載されている疾患でありながら, 多様な臨床像や確定診断方法の課題などから, 臨床的な重要性が十分認識されないという状況が続いていた. |
