| Abstract | HFpEF診断における心エコー図検査の目的は, その背景となる左室肥大や左房拡大を評価し, 左室拡張能障害, その結果生じる左室充満圧上昇を明らかにすることである. 本稿ではHFpEF診断に用いられる心エコー図検査の諸指標について, 近年注目される運動負荷心エコー図検査も含めて概説する. 「Point」1 単指標によるHFpEFの診断は難しく, さまざまな指標を組み合わせる必要がある. 2 心エコー図検査では, HFpEFに特徴的な心臓の形態異常や, 左室拡張能障害とそれに伴う左室充満圧上昇の有無が重要な評価ポイントである. 3 安静時の検査のみでは診断が難しい場合に, 運動負荷心エコー図検査が有用である. |
