| Abstract | 「Summary」胸郭出口症候群 (TOS) を巡っては大きな議論がある. 疾患概念が明確に確立されているのは真の神経性TOS (true neurogenic TOS) であり, 頚肋ないし第7頚椎横突起から第1肋骨に延びる線維性索状物によって, 腕神経叢が下方から圧迫されて生ずる, 母指球優位の筋萎縮・筋力低下を呈する運動障害を主徴とする慢性疾患である. 従来の神経性TOSは, disputed neurogenic TOSとよぶべきもので, その概念・存在に疑問が呈されている. |
