| Abstract | 「Summary」胸郭出口症候群の保存療法における理学療法について, 病態の解釈, 身体機能障害のとらえ方, および治療アプローチを概説した. 胸郭出口症候群に焦点を当てた治療・訓練のみならず, 症状に関連する身体機能の回復を図り, 患者教育, 行動修正を含めてより包括的にアプローチすることで, 症状の改善が期待できる. |
