| Abstract | 「Summary」1987年フランスのChamotらによって報告されたSAPHO症候群は, われわれ整形外科医の多くが診断および治療に難渋する疾患の一つである. その原因の一つは, SAPHO症候群はさまざまな疾患をよせ集めたアンブレラ (傘) 症候群であることが大きい. 特にわが国では, 掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節炎 (pustulotic arthro-osteitis ; PAO) との差異をどのようにとらえるのかも一定の見解がなく, 混沌としている現状がある. 本稿では, SAPHO症候群の現在における定義・臨床症状・治療とSAPHO症候群とPAOとの相違について一部私見を交えて記述する. |
