| Abstract | 「Summary」脆弱性骨盤骨折 (fragility fracture of the pelvis ; FFP) は, 近年著明な増加傾向にある. 単純X線像とCTにて診断しRommens分類を用いて骨折型を把握し治療方針を決定するが, まれに経過とともに骨折型が進展することがあり注意を要する. 有限要素解析によると骨盤後傾が悪化因子である. 保存治療が主であるが, Rommens分類type IIIもしくはIVを中心に, 疼痛が遷延する場合は低侵襲手術を検討すべきである. |
