| Abstract | 「Summary」胸郭出口症候群 (thoracic outlet syndrome ; TOS) は症状が多様であるため, 頚椎疾患や他の絞扼性末梢神経障害, さらには上肢の関節疾患との鑑別が重要であり, 診断・治療に難渋する疾患の1つである. 本稿では, TOSの診断方法を鑑別診断とともに述べ, 保存治療・手術治療について解説する. |
