| Abstract | 「Point」●近年, 日本における末期変形性足関節症に対する人工足関節置換術(total ankle arthroplasty;TAA)の実施件数が増えている. ●人工距骨置換術の長期成績が報告されたことを受け, 適応を吟味のうえ, 人工距骨併用人工足関節置換術(combined total ankle arthroplasty;combined TAA)が実施される機会も増えている. ●手術適応や手術手技におけるピットフォールなどを中心に, 当科で実施しているTAAの現状や今後の課題について述べる. |
