| Abstract | 「Summary」上腕骨外側上顆炎および上腕骨内側上顆炎はともに腱付着部症に定義される慢性腱症である. 病態はどちらも類似している点が多く, 組織学的にはangiofibroblastic hyperplasiaと報告されている. 腱に微小断裂が生じ, 通常は修復機転が働くが, 腱付着部では神経・血管が非常に乏しいため, 損傷に対する修復能力がきわめて低く, 修復が不完全で治癒まで到達せず, さらに損傷が繰り返されることにより, 腱付着部は変性し, 不可逆的変化が生じていくことが病態の1つと考えられる. |
