| Abstract | 「Summary」自施設における上腕骨内側上顆炎に対する直視下手術の成績は, 片側例に対しては良好であった一方で, 両側例の6肘中5肘 (83%) に複数回の痛みの再燃を認めた. さらに, 手術症例の75%に外側上顆炎を合併していたことから, 本疾患の発症には機械的な負荷に加え, 器質的な素因を有している可能性が考えられた. 以上より, 特に両側例に対して手術を行う場合には, 痛みの遷延化や再燃の可能性, ならびに術後の日常動作や仕事環境改善の必要性について十分説明しておくことが重要である. |
