| Abstract | 「Point」・当科の「足の外科」外来患者の内訳をもとに, 日常よく遭遇する「足の外科」疾患について, 画像診断の実際や注意事項をまとめた. ・外反母趾, 変形性足関節症, 扁平足においては, その診断に荷重時撮影が必須である. ・足関節外側不安定症の診断では画像検査は補助的であり, 自覚症状や身体所見が重要である. ・小中学生に好発する足根骨癒合症や外脛骨障害は, その可能性を念頭に置いて圧痛点を確認し画像評価する. ・「足の外科」疾患は多岐にわたるが, 疾患の概要およびその診断に必要な画像検査をおさえておくことで, 確実な診断が可能となる. |
