| Abstract | 「要約」足関節捻挫はほとんどが外側靱帯損傷であり, 最もよく遭遇するスポーツ外傷である. 解剖学的構造により約90%が前距腓靱帯損傷であるといわれている. 診断は, 腫脹・皮下出血部位・圧痛点が重要であり, MRIや超音波検査は補助的に用いる. 治療は保存療法とした固定が中心となり, 重症度と患者のニーズに応じて固定法を選択する. リハビリテーションは受傷後できるだけ早期より開始し, 可動域訓練と筋力およびバランストレーニングを中心に行う. 本疾患は高率に後遺症が残ると考えられているため, 早期に診断し, 適切な治療を行うことが重要である. |
