| Abstract | 今まで解明できなかった痛みに対して, 末梢神経をターゲットにしたハイドロリリース(hydrorelease)を積極的に行っている. スポーツ選手の局所治療としても積極的に行っており, スポーツ復帰を早める手段となる. まだまだ不明な点も多いが, 疼痛だけでなく, しびれ, 筋力低下にも効果を及ぼすことも少しずつわかってきた. 本稿では, 具体的な注射の手技について紹介する. |
