| Abstract | 「Abstract」脱毛症の薬物治療法のうち日本皮膚科学会ガイドラインにおいて「比較的良質」以上のエビデンスがあるとされているものには, 男性型脱毛症・女性型脱毛症に対するミノキシジル外用, 男性型脱毛症に対するフィナステリド, デュタステリド内服と円形脱毛症に対するステロイド外用, ステロイド局所注射, が挙げられる. まだガイドラインには掲載されていないものの, 最近, 重症円形脱毛症に対するJAK阻害薬(バリシチニブ)が保険適用追加された. 安全使用マニュアルがあるJAK阻害薬は例外として, これらの治療に使われる薬剤は比較的安全性が高いものが多く日常診療でルーティンに使用しがちではあるが, それぞれに使用上の注意点がある. 脱毛症専門外来や臨床研究などでの経験を通じて知り得た, 「思わぬピットフォールに陥らない」ために知っておきたい脱毛症治療薬の使用上のポイントについて紹介したい. |
