| Abstract | 「Abstract」 Stevens-Johnson症候群(SJS)/中毒性表皮壊死症(TEN)と薬剤性過敏症症候群(DIHS/DRESS)などの重症薬疹の治療の基本は, ステロイド全身投与である. ステロイドの投与量, 期間などは重症度や年齢, 全身状態, 臨床経過などをもとに決定される. 必要十分量を投与して疾患をコントロールするとともに, 副作用, 合併症, 後遺症などを最低限に抑える必要がある. ステロイドが使用できない場合やステロイドだけでコントロールができない場合, SJS/TENではIVIgや血漿交換療法を考慮する. 一方, DIHS/DRESSでは, ステロイドパルス療法やIVIgの単独療法に対して慎重な意見がある. |
