| Abstract | 「Abstract」膠原病・血管炎に伴う皮膚潰瘍は, 全身性強皮症, 全身性エリテマトーデス, 皮膚筋炎, 関節リウマチ, 血管炎, 抗リン脂質抗体症候群など様々な疾患を背景に生じる. そのため, 各疾患の原因を含めた診断・治療アルゴリズムを十分に理解することが大切である. 本稿では, 膠原病・血管炎にともなう皮膚潰瘍診療ガイドラインをもとに, 膠原病・血管炎による皮膚潰瘍に関する原因や評価, 治療に関して概説する. |
