| Abstract | 「Abstract」コリン性蕁麻疹は運動, 入浴, 精神的な緊張, 辛いものの摂取時など発汗刺激で誘発される. 粟粒大から小豆大までの癒合傾向のない膨疹ないし紅斑で, 膨疹は直径数cmまでの紅斑に囲まれたり, 鳥肌を伴うことがある. 痒みだけでなく, チクチクとした痛みが特徴である. コリン性蕁麻疹は (1) 汗アレルギー型, (2) 毛包型, (3) 眼瞼浮腫型, (4) 減汗性コリン性蕁麻疹/特発性後天性全身性無汗症の4型に分類される. それぞれの臨床的特徴, 病態, 検査や治療について当院の知見も含めて解説する. |
