| Abstract | 「Abstract」非結核性抗酸菌は環境中に広く存在し, 経気道による肺感染や外傷を契機に皮膚感染により発症する. この非結核性抗酸菌症は, 近年増加傾向にある. 診断や治療においては, 検査感度の低さや治療期間の長さ, 個人差のある治療反応性など多くの課題が存在する. 皮膚非結核性抗酸菌症の主な原因菌としては, Mycobacterium (M) marinum, M. abscessus, M. fortuitum, M. chelonae, M. haemophilum, M. ulcerans subsp. shinshuenseなどが挙げられる. 検査手法や菌種それぞれの特徴を理解することで, 診療がより効果的に進む可能性がある. |
