| Abstract | 「Abstract」薬疹診療において, その臨床型を鑑別し, 重症度を予測することは重要な課題である. そのためには, 皮疹の分布や個疹の性状を単独で捉えるのではなく, 時間経過に伴う変化を踏まえた総合的な判断が求められる. 本稿では, 特にStevens-Johnson症候群, 中毒性表皮壊死症, 薬剤性過敏症症候群といった見逃してはならない重症薬疹に焦点を当て, これらの疾患に特徴的な皮疹と, それらが示唆する臨床的意義について解説する. |
