| Abstract | 「Abstract」重心動揺検査は, 立位体平衡機能検査の一つで, 立位姿勢における身体の動揺を足圧中心の動揺としてとらえ, それを記録・分析する検査である. 重心動揺検査で使用する重心動揺計は, 足圧中心の動揺を電気信号で出力するものであり, 厳密には身体重心の投影点を測定するものではない. しかし, 通常の立位姿勢では, 足圧中心の動揺は重心の動揺を反映すると考えられる. 実臨床では, 足圧中心動揺パターンの定性的評価や, 各種定量的評価により, めまい・平衡障害の診断や治療効果の判定などに用いられる. 体平衡の主たる入力系である前庭平衡覚・体性感覚・視覚に外乱を加えながら重心動揺検査を測定する刺激負荷重心動揺検査は, 病巣診断や, 立位体平衡における各入力系への依存性の評価を行うために用いられる. |
