| Abstract | 「Abstract」 関節リウマチ(RA)による足部の変形は罹病早期よりみられるが, RA診療の中で足部の診察はおろそかになりがちであり, 変形が進行してから治療介入される患者が多い. 足は荷重関節であるため, 足部の変形に伴い全身のアライメントのアンバランスを招く一因となる. そのため罹病早期の変形が少ない時期から治療介入することが望まれる. 薬物治療の進歩とともにRA外科手術の全体数は近年減少傾向にある一方で, 足部機能の重要度が認知されてきていることからRA足部の手術は増加傾向にある. またRA患者にも人生100年時代が実現可能のものとなってきていることから, 再発防止や機能改善の観点から術後のリハビリテーションも重要となる. RA足部に対する治療は今なお進歩しているが, これまでに当院を含めた大阪大学整形外科RAグループでは様々な治療法を報告し確立してきた. |
