| Abstract | 「Abstract」国民の健康寿命の延伸を図るための脳卒中, 循環器病対策に関する「循環器病対策推進基本計画」が施行され, 脳卒中の予防, 救急治療, リハビリテーション, 社会連携, 就労支援などの医療・福祉体制の充実がはかられつつある. 特に脳卒中の急性期治療は血栓溶解療法や機械的血栓回収療法の進歩により迅速な搬送, 治療が劇的な予後改善をもたらすようになったため, これを可能にするために地域ごとの一次脳卒中センターの整備が進められている. 一次脳卒中センターは, 高度な急性期治療が可能な地域ごとの中核病院であり, 脳卒中専門医や血管内治療専門医が常勤しており24時間のMRI撮像が可能な施設である. 最新の脳卒中治療ガイドライン2021では入院後は脳卒中専門のユニットにて集中管理されたうえで治療が進められ, 発症後24〜48時間以内にリハビリテーションの計画を立てることが求められている. |
