| Abstract | 「Abstract」認知症の人のQOLに関する論文を俯瞰すると, 感情を伴ったコミュニケーションを中心とした社会参加を構築し, 役割を担うことと深く関係すると考えられる. 本稿は, 認知症の人のQOLが維持され促進される方法として, コミュニケーションと社会的役割の観点から考察した. 認知症の人がいきいきとした役割を担うことができるようになるためには, 専門職や家族が情緒的調整, ネガティブバイアス, エラーレスラーニング, 非言語的コミュニケーション, 多様性のある役割の5つの視点に注意を払い, 支援をすることが大切であると提案した. 認知症の人に対する社会参加などを含む行動の促進について提案すると, その可能性について疑問を呈する家族などもいる. 認知症になったからといって何もわからなくなったわけではない. やりたいことがたくさんあり, できることも多い. 我々は認知症の人の想いを受け止め, 希望を持って, 役割獲得の支援をすべきであると考えている. |
