| Abstract | 「Abstract」変形性膝関節症は痛みや炎症, 変形を主体とした疾患であり, 本邦における罹患率が高い疾患である. その予防・進行抑制には早期発見・診断・治療介入が重要であり, 早期変形性膝関節症に関する報告や働きかけが増加傾向にある. しかし, 早期変形性膝関節症の定義の統一は不十分であり, エビデンスの蓄積においても確証が得られていない. 画像的変化が軽微な早期変形性膝関節症においては, 患者の機能評価や日常生活データが有効な可能性がある. 一方で, 変形性膝関節症に対する推奨される診療においては, これまで蓄積された研究をもとに, 国内外の組織でガイドラインが作成されている. それらには, 従来の薬物治療や手術治療に加えて, 患者教育や運動療法, セルフケアなど, リハビリテーションの重要性が示されている. 本稿においては早期変形性膝関節症について検証するとともに, 現状の変形性膝関節症のリハビリテーションについて記述する. |
