| Abstract | 「Abstract」内側側副靱帯(以下, MCL)はMCL浅層, MCL深層, 後斜走靱帯(posterior oblique ligament;POL)の3つの靱帯で構成される特徴を持つ. MCL損傷は最も頻度の高い膝靱帯損傷であり, 問診, 理学所見, 画像診断をもとに臨床診断がなされ, 重症度は膝伸展位, 膝屈曲30°の外反ストレステストにて, 3段階に分類される. 正確な臨床診断, 重症度分類に基づいて, 治療方針は決定され, MCL単独損傷の場合は保存療法が選択されることが多い. その保存療法におけるリハビリテーションは, 急性期, 回復期で構成されるメディカルリハビリテーションとその後のトレーニング期, 復帰期で構成されるアスレティックリハビリテーションで構成され, 各リハビリテーションを段階的に実施, 評価していくことでスポーツ復帰を目指す. |
