| Abstract | 「Abstract」半月板損傷は膝関節のスポーツ障害・外傷の中で, 頻度の高い疾患の1つである. 半月板は膝関節の安定性や軟骨の保護に重要である. 半月板の機能が解明されるにつれて, 半月板温存が注目されている. 損傷部位や形態によっては半月板縫合が困難なこともあり, 部分切除術は今も必要な手術方法であると考えられる. リハビリテーションでは損傷した部位にかかるメカニカルストレスを考え, 原因となるマルアライメントの修正や機能不全となっている筋機能を補強することが重要である. よって症例ごとにリハビリテーションを構築する必要があり, 術後日数でスポーツ復帰を決める"time-based rehabilitation"ではなく規準をクリアして次へ進んでいく"criterion-based rehabilitation"が望ましいと考える. |
