| Abstract | 「Abstract」 小児上腕骨顆上骨折は小児肘関節周囲骨折では最も頻度の高い骨折であり, 小児骨折で最も治療する機会が多い骨折の一つである. しかしながら, 神経損傷, 血管損傷, 内反肘といった合併症が少なくない. また, 上腕骨の骨径成長は遠位端では約20%しか受け持たないため, 自家矯正力に乏しい. そのため, 初期の治療方法を誤ると重篤な後遺症を残す. 本稿では上腕骨顆上骨折の診断, 分類, 治療方法, 保存加療や手術加療のピットフォールについて解説する. |
