| Abstract | 「Abstract」実際の診療で頻度が高いのは, 腫瘍類似疾患である. その反面, 正しい知識が十分ではない分野ともいえるので, 具体的な例を挙げてその特徴, 診断, 対処法などを述べる. 最も有名なものはガングリオンであるが, 関節腔と関係ないのがガングリオンである. 関節腔と関係があるのは滑膜嚢胞, 滑液包炎であり, 学会の配布パンフレットをはじめとして, 誤った情報が蔓延している. 腫瘍類似疾患のなかには, 「〜腫」と呼ばれるものがあり, この点も将来的に改善されていく必要性がある. かつて「ベーカー嚢腫」と教科書に記載されていたのは, 実は「ベーカー嚢胞」がより正しく, 現在では「膝窩嚢胞」が真に正しいとされる. これらの点において放射線科医や病理医のほうがより詳しい. 腫瘍類似疾患を熟知し, 多くの鑑別疾患を知っていることは, 整形外科医にとって極めて重要なことだといえる. |
