| Abstract | [Abstract] 肘関節は腕橈関節・腕尺関節・近位橈尺関節の3つからなり, 橈骨頭および鉤状突起は肘関節における重要な骨性支持構造である. 橈骨頭骨折・鉤状突起骨折はそれぞれ単独で受傷することは少なく, complex elbow instabilityに合併して生じることが多い. 橈骨頭骨折・鉤状突起骨折を含むcomplex elbow instabilityの治療戦略に関しては, 他稿を参照いただき, 本稿ではそれぞれの骨折に関して分類および治療方針・手術方法に関して概説する. |
