| Abstract | 「Abstract」内側半月板損傷は, 日常診療でしばしば遭遇する. 断裂形態は, 前十字靱帯損傷に伴った損傷では縦断裂やバケツ柄状断裂が多く, これらの断裂は縫合の良い適応である. 一方, 中高年者では, 水平断裂, 変性複合断裂が多い. バケツ柄状断裂は血行野を含む領域に起こることが多く, 縫合術の良い適応となる. 水平断裂では変性を伴っていることが多く, 切除もしくは切除と縫合術を併用した手術が中心となる. 本稿では, 縫合術を中心とした手術手技について述べる. |
