Abstract | 「Abstract」母指CM関節症は日常診療でよくみられる疾患である. 特に中年以降の女性に多くみられる. 手において母指はとても重要な役割を果たしており, 母指の疼痛, 可動域制限などの機能障害は, ADLを大きく損ねる. 本稿では母指CM関節症の診断から治療までを述べる. |
