Abstract 「Abstract」過去10年間, スポーツ医学におけるバイオロジクスの使用に急速な関心が高まり, 特に多血小板血漿(PRP)治療が注目されている. PRPに含まれる成長因子は, 治癒過程の各段階で細胞増殖, 血管新生を促進し, 効率的な修復を支援する. しかし, PRP療法の適用や効果は患者の状態や治療タイミングに依存し, すべての症例で等しく効果があるわけではない. エコーを使用することでPRPの正確な投与が可能となり, 治療後の経過観察やリハビリテーション計画の精度も向上する. 本稿では, スポーツ障害に対するPRP療法の臨床応用とその有効性について, エコーガイドを活用した治療方法を中心に紹介し, PRP療法の進展と臨床応用の可能性を探る.
