| Abstract | 「Abstract」日常診療で軟部腫瘤はしばしば遭遇する病態である. そのなかには腫瘍類似疾患, 良性軟部腫瘍, 悪性軟部腫瘍（以下, 軟部肉腫）などがある. 診察から治療過程のなかで, 軟部肉腫の可能性を常に念頭に置くことが重要である. 軟部腫瘍の多くは局所症状に乏しく, 画像所見も非特異的で診断に難渋することが多い. 本稿では日常臨床で重要と思われる良性軟部腫瘍について臨床上重要と思われる疾患を中心に臨床病理学的特徴を合わせて述べる. |
