| Abstract | 「はじめに」 近年, 小児腎疾患分野においても移行医療の確立が望まれている. 特に, ネフローゼ症候群, 慢性糸球体腎炎, 先天性腎尿路異常や遺伝性腎疾患などの慢性腎障害(CKD)を有する患者において, 小児期から成人期への継続的な治療は重要である. そのため, 小児期から成人期への移行医療を円滑に進めるための移行医療ガイドが作成された. これは, 主に小児科医と成人診療科医が診療する可能性のある若年成人(AYA)世代に特化したものであるが, 移行医療の概念・意義, 移行プログラム, CKDをもつAYA世代の診断, 治療や管理の仕方が包括されている. 本稿では, 小児期に発症することの多い血管炎で腎炎を併発することが多いIgA血管炎の疫学, 病態, 治療と予後に加え, 成人期への移行について概説する. |
