| Abstract | 「はじめに」非ステロイド性抗炎症薬 (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs : NSAIDs) とは, 抗炎症作用, 鎮痛作用, 解熱作用を有し, ステロイド構造を含まない薬剤の総称である. 市販薬としても最も広く汎用されている薬剤であり, その副作用も高頻度に起こるためしばしば臨床的に問題となる. NSAIDsは腎血流低下による腎前性急性腎障害や, 電解質・酸塩基平衡異常, アレルギー機序による急性尿細管間質性腎炎 (acute tubulo-interstitial nephritis : ATIN) , 免疫学的機序を介する糸球体障害など, さまざまな機序によって腎機能障害を引き起こす. 本稿ではNSAIDsによる腎障害とその病態機序について概説する. |
